Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using Oracle SCM solutions.
- Implement and configure Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Procurement, iSupplier, and others.
- Conduct requirements-gathering sessions and document both functional and technical specifications.
- Design customized solutions that align with business objectives and Oracle best practices.
- Facilitate user training sessions and provide system demonstrations as needed.
- Support system testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate closely with development teams, database administrators, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including BRD, MD50, TE40, and other relevant artifacts.
- Provide ongoing support post-go-live, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system stability.
- Stay up to date with Oracle updates and releases, applying necessary adjustments to the system.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle SCM consulting and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle AIM or OUM methodology.
- Proven experience in full-cycle Oracle SCM implementations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Must be currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle SCM Cloud or E-Business Suite certifications.
- Experience working with clients in Saudi Arabia, particularly in government or enterprise sectors
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, multi-project environment.
