Key Responsibilities and Technical Expertise:
- Participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, and Self-Service.
- Collaborate with clients and senior consultants to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HR functions.
- Design and configure Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to meet client-specific needs while aligning with industry best practices.
- Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions to educate users on system capabilities and usage.
- Support data migration activities, system configuration, report development, and integrations using tools like BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
- Create and execute test scripts, document results, and troubleshoot system issues during implementation and testing phases.
- Provide post-go-live support, including issue resolution, system optimization, and end-user assistance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as technical consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Proactively stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM product enhancements, new features, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, user guides, training materials, and test scenarios.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and system automation.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve system and business challenges.
- Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand needs, provide guidance, and manage expectations.
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, both independently and collaboratively.
