    Key Responsibilities and Technical Expertise:

  • Participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, and Self-Service.
  • Collaborate with clients and senior consultants to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HR functions.
  • Design and configure Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to meet client-specific needs while aligning with industry best practices.
  • Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions to educate users on system capabilities and usage.
  • Support data migration activities, system configuration, report development, and integrations using tools like BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
  • Create and execute test scripts, document results, and troubleshoot system issues during implementation and testing phases.
  • Provide post-go-live support, including issue resolution, system optimization, and end-user assistance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as technical consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Proactively stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM product enhancements, new features, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation, user guides, training materials, and test scenarios.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and system automation.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve system and business challenges.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand needs, provide guidance, and manage expectations.
  • Operate efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, both independently and collaboratively.

Oracle Project Manager

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle Fusion Cloud and digital transformation projects
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. 
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and on budget, maintaining Sama’s 100% success delivery track record
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Oracle-certified consultants, technical experts, and client stakeholders. 
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive resolution. 
  • Drive stakeholder communication, reporting, and client satisfaction. 
  • Apply Agile and PMI methodologies to ensure efficiency and compliance with client standards. 
  • Support pre-sales activities by contributing to RFP responses, solution design, and project scoping
  • Ensure project governance, documentation, and compliance with ISO and Oracle standards. 

 

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in Oracle ERP / HCM / SCM Cloud implementations. 
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred. 
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise projects across industries (finance, healthcare, retail, government, etc.). 
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM) and digital transformation best practices. 
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). 
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver in fast-paced, multi-cultural environments
